Jewish Immigrant Aid Services
JIAS (Jewish Immigrant Aid Services) Toronto - formerly a branch office and service arm of JIAS Canada, is a not for profit corporation dedicated to helping Jewish immigrants with resettlement in the Greater Toronto Area. They had a database with thousands of people who were looking for jobs, but when a potential employer called them looking for employees, they didn't have an easy way of matching employers with the right candidates.
Working closely with their stuff, we built a custom employees database solution considering the following requirements:
- Easy integration with existing database.
- Ability for non-technical people to easily search for people using various criteria.
